• Email addresses you provide when subscribing to price-change alerts or our newsletter. We use these only to send the alerts or content you signed up for.
• Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, referrer, pages visited, and timestamps. These are retained for 30 days and used only for security and performance monitoring.
• Cookies — one session cookie (no cross-site tracking). We do not use advertising cookies.

We do not collect names, payment information, or any financial data from visitors.

All pricing data on PlanIntel is collected from publicly available provider pricing pages. It does not include any personally identifiable information. The source URL, retrieval timestamp and a snapshot of the page are stored as evidence for every observation.

We use:

• Vercel for hosting (edge logs, standard CDN).
• No third-party analytics — we do not embed Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tracking scripts.
• No advertising networks.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact form. We will respond within 30 days.

Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs are deleted after 30 days. Pricing observations are retained indefinitely as part of the append-only price history.

We will post any changes on this page with an updated date. We will not retroactively apply a more permissive policy to data collected under a stricter one.
